Data Analyst

**Position:** Data Analyst **Location:** Corporate Office, Bangalore **Qualification:** Graduate (Engineering/Statistics) /Post Graduate (MBA) **Experience:** 2\-4 years of experience in business analytics and business intelligence **Areas of Responsibility:** **1\) Business performance monitoring** * Identification of opportunities across Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities * Monitoring and reporting of Width and depth of Distribution of focus brands **2\) Insight generation and advanced analytics** * Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy. * Analyze on\-going basis opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses affecting growth and national / regional programs and report information to business head. * Analyze business portfolio by designing performance dashboards and other business classification, selecting and prioritization metrics. * Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly \& annual dashboard and reports that assist in business planning and deployment. * Perform data mining activities of gathering and compiling data to make a thorough analysis and to extract the relevant information **3\) Soft Skills:** * Curious about business and the execution of analytics opportunities in business * Story boarding – ability to knit numbers and data into a powerful story to senior Management * Relationship building skill with the internal client **4\) Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficient in Excel, Python/R and SQL * Proficient in BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.,) * Strong domain knowledge and understanding, Retail and CPG vertical preferred * Consulting/client servicing experience in analytics Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
