Overview
- Join a strategic AI partner team as an Account Growth Manager, supporting U.S. healthcare accounts through account growth, GenAI/AI demand shaping, proposal development, and client relationship management.
- This role is based in Boston, MA or Nashville, TN with on-site presence at client offices 4–5 days per week and occasional travel across U.S. client locations (possibly monthly).
- Note: This position is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship at this time.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain U.S. client relationships, shaping account strategy and ensuring continuity of engagement.
- Strategically drive new business in a healthcare account in close synergy with Solution & Delivery teams, managing assigned sales and margin targets.
- Connect client performance and operating model insights to internal value chains and healthcare industry knowhow, translating findings into account strategy.
- Ensure U.S. stakeholders understand the Fractal India ecosystem, including tracking impact of past solutions to identify gaps and shifting expectations.
- Sustain in-person relationships with Director- and VP-level client stakeholders.
- Drive AI/GenAI demand generation and demand shaping, including commercial advancements.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and develop compelling AI/GenAI use cases for client needs.
- Leverage insights from existing dashboards, proof of concepts (POCs), software partners’ dynamics, and market research to create new propositions.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutioning for client needs and technical constraints (cloud stack, APIs, security, etc.).
- Collaborate with account consulting teams in India and capabilities leadership to shape AI solutions that may include services, accelerators and/or products.
- Use AI Research group insights to advance client roadmaps and stretch aspirations.
- Support commercial structuring aligned with outputs-based and subscriptions-type pricing models, in collaboration with Fractal Finance and capabilities leadership.
- Influence U.S. client procurement stakeholders using advanced commercial structures (including TCO, usage value, and adoption factors).
- Collaborate remotely with internal India teams (Consulting and Delivery) to develop winning proposals and support successful POC/pilot execution.
- Ensure pilots/POCs progress toward successful long-term production solutions, including upgradation roadmaps tied to subscription-revenue objectives.
- Represent the full portfolio with broad understanding across AI, Engineering & Design, and behavioral sciences.
Requirements
- 10–18 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or presales in Consulting Services, including analytics offerings (BI, AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud tech).
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth in scaled accounts, develop strong client relationships, and execute pre-sales activities.
- Strong grasp of GenAI concepts and business applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
- Awareness of agentic AI patterns (autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems) and ability to position them in client contexts.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and ecosystem tools (LangChain, RAG frameworks).
- Ability to translate technical enablers (APIs, integration, data pipelines) into business value narratives.
- Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Willingness to work in a challenging, partly siloed on-site context (on client site with a geographically distributed team).
