Overview
We are looking for a proactive Employer Relations Associate (1–3 Years) to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and HR professionals across companies. You’ll help us understand hiring requirements, identify new opportunities, and coordinate candidate submissions with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
- Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Understand hiring requirements and identify new job openings
- Coordinate candidate submissions and support interview scheduling/process
- Follow up regularly with recruiters to maintain strong engagement
- Maintain recruiter and outreach data, and keep CRM records up to date
- Represent the company professionally in all recruiter interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment mandates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or HR sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong follow-up habits and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace
Nice to have
- Experience in contact tracking and follow-ups
- Prior exposure to recruitment processes and hiring funnels
- Familiarity with data hygiene and maintaining outreach/contact pipelines
