Harrier Information Systems is looking for a "Data Analyst" **Job Location: Mumbai/Nagpur (Hybrid/Remote)** **Experience: 4 to 8 Years** **Work Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) – Fixed Shift** **Job Summary:** The ideal candidate is a data\-driven professional with experience improving financial operations through analytics, automation, and AI. They are adept at transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, optimizing FinOps processes, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and collaborating effectively with finance, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive informed decision\-making and operational efficiency.   **Key Responsibilities:**   * Analyze and interpret large financial and operational datasets to generate actionable insights. * Develop and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports. * Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python. * Apply AI/ML tools and automation techniques to improve financial analysis and operational efficiency. * Design and implement exception rules and validation logic for financial processes. * Work with finance stakeholders to understand accounting workflows and business requirements. * Integrate and analyze data from ERP and accounting systems. * Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across financial datasets. * Collaborate with engineering, finance, and business teams to support FinOps initiatives. - **Qualifications, Skills:**   * 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. * Experience with data modeling, Databricks, and data warehousing concepts. * Hands\-on experience with AI\-powered analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). * Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting. * Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. * Experience creating exception rules, validation logic, and reconciliation processes. * Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. **Salary Range: Negotiable** **If you are interested, please send your updated resume to mohan.bangde@harriersys.com or** career@harriersys.com **Thanks \& Best Regards** **Mohan Bangde** **TA Manager** **Harrier Information Systems Pvt.
