This is not a typical corporate role. This is a strategic leadership position, working directly with the CEO, embedded in every critical decision, every data point, and every strategy conversation across one of India-s fastest-growing financial services companies. The Role: The CEO is looking for someone exceptional: to think with him, challenge him, and build with him. This person will work on: - Data analysis and decision support, revenue models, peer benchmarking, performance dashboards. - Business strategy, across all 8 verticals, evaluating opportunities, building financial models. - Process design and automation - identifying inefficiencies, building SOPs, implementing tracking systems. - Execution and follow through: ensuring every directive is delivered on time, every time. - Communication: board presentations, investor notes, management reports, internal memos. - Special projects: new vertical launches, technology evaluation. Who We Are Looking For: - IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, or IIM Calcutta (non negotiable). - 5+ years of experience in financial services: broking, investment banking, asset management, or BFSI consulting. - Exceptional with data: Advanced Excel at minimum. Python, Power BI are strong advantages. - Location: Mumbai (BKC). - Full-time. - In-office.
