Deal Lead- Loan Syndication

Job location: Mumbai (All Areas) Overall experience: 10 to 18 years Employment type: Full Time, Permanent Job type: fulltime Salary: 35-50 Lacs Role & responsibilities Collaborate with Relationship Management groups to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Implement policies and processes, including operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational, and audit risks, to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Develop and maintain internal control systems within the department to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures Participate in departmental audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and practices to address gaps identified during departmental audits, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Underwriting & Deal Structuring Continuous scanning of loan syndication opportunities in the sector in close co-ordination with the Banks relationship and credit team Identify Groups for underwriting Develop deal structures and negotiate terms in line with prevailing market dynamics Deal Advisory Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience in loan syndication, project finance background.
