Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 7 - 12 years of overall experience in software engineering, technology development, or related technical roles, with demonstrated engineering leadership experience. - Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex, scalable software products or platforms. - Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern development practices. - Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages, frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software delivery management. - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical decision-making skills. - Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, retain, and develop high-performing engineering teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to balance technical excellence, delivery timelines, business priorities, and resource constraints. - Experience managing multiple projects, technical roadmaps, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation, engineering efficiency, and continuous improvement.
