Job location: Bengaluru Overall experience: 7 to 10 years Employment type: Full Time, Permanent Job type: fulltime Salary: 15-30 Lacs AI Governance Experience: 8-15 Years We are looking for an experienced AI Govervance with expertise in AI model development, Agentic AI Governance, Red Teaming, AI Guradrails, AI Governance, and Model Validation . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI Governance and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) , and stakeholder management. Key Requirements: AI Model Development, ML, Deep Learning & GenAI AI Governance & Model Validation Solution Architecture & Design Azure/AWS Cloud Experience Strong Communication & Client Management Skills BFSI domain experience preferred AI model development, Agentic AI Governance, Red Teaming, AI Guradrails, AI Governance, and Model Validation Good to have: Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Liquidity Risk Model Validation experience Consulting background preferred Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or related field.
