Operations Analyst

**Job Summary** We are looking for an Operations Analyst who can manage and analyze operational data across India, coordinate with laboratory teams, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for better decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data from Pan\-India locations. * Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. * Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. * Follow up with teams on operational issues and updates. * Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. **Requirements** * 2–4 years of experience in Biotechnology, Laboratory Operations. * Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools * Extremely good with MS Excel. * Good working knowledge of PowerPoint. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Flair for number crunching and data analysis Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Provident Fund Work Location: In person Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
