Role Overview We are seeking dynamic, detail\-oriented, and tech\-savvy **Freshers or Experienced professionals** to join our technical team. In this role, you will manage large\-scale databases, handle product deployments, manage application incidents, and ensure seamless system integration across diverse environments while adhering to strict business SLAs. Key Responsibilities * **Incident \& SLA Management:** Actively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents to ensure minimal downtime and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * **Database Management:** Handle and optimize large databases using SQL Server on a day\-to\-day basis. * **Product Deployment \& Testing:** Assist in the end\-to\-end testing and deployment of high\-tech software products. * **System Administration:** Configure and administer Internet Information Services (IIS) and manage SQL Server environments. * **Production Support:** Monitor and maintain large production systems to ensure high availability and performance. * **Environment Integration:** Work on integrating software solutions seamlessly across different technical environments. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) * **Educational Background:** BE / B.Tech or B.Sc in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT). * **Experience:** Open to both passionate **Freshers** and **Experienced** professionals. * **Core Technical Skills:** Strong foundational knowledge of **Web Programming** concepts and **SQL Server**. * **Analytical \& Problem\-Solving Skills:** Ability to diagnose application issues efficiently under pressure to meet time\-sensitive SLAs. * **Communication:** Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is highly desired for team collaboration, incident documentation, and status updates. * **Attributes:** A keen learner with strong analytical skills and a desire to work with large\-scale data.
