Part-Time Recruiter

Overview - We are a growing recruitment and talent sourcing firm working with both international and domestic clients across multiple industries and functions. - We focus on delivering high-quality talent through structured sourcing, strong communication, and efficient recruitment processes. As we continue expanding our client partnerships, we are looking to onboard motivated recruiters who can work independently and contribute to active hiring projects. - This role supports hiring requirements for our international and local clients, with work across multiple hiring projects. Responsibilities - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels - Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers - Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders - Ensure timely updates and recruitment progress reporting - Track work activity through online tracking/project management software Requirements - Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is a must - Need to have your own sourcing tools - Strong communication and coordination skills - Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing techniques - Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity - Ability to work independently and manage timelines - Comfortable using online tracking and work-management tools - Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Nice to have - Experience supporting international hiring mandates What we offer - Flexible remote work opportunity - Exposure to international recruitment projects - Opportunity to work across multiple industries and roles - Performance-driven environment with growth potential - Independence and ownership in execution - Payment will be project-based or on Hourly base - Compensation for each assignment/project will be discussed prior to allocation
