**Senior Tour Consultant – B2B Travel** Location: Kaloor, Kochi Company: Luxxo Holidays LLP Job Type: Full\-Time (On\-site) **About the Role** Luxxo Holidays LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Tour Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of South Indian destinations, excellent communication skills, and hands\-on experience in B2B travel sales and operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage B2B tour inquiries from travel agents and partners. * Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals. * Coordinate tour operations and service delivery. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners. * Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets. * Ensure smooth communication with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and clients. * Provide excellent customer service and post\-sales support. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a B2B Tour Consultant or in a similar travel industry role. * Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or equivalent. * Strong knowledge of South Indian destinations and tourism products. * Excellent sales, communication, and operational skills. * Hindi and English proficiency is mandatory. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. * Performance Incentive: 10% of net profit generated above the monthly target. * Casual Leave: 12 days per year. * Sick Leave: 6 days per year. * Weekly Off: Sunday. * Career growth opportunities in a fast\-growing travel company. **Work Location** Kaloor, Kochi (On\-site) **How to Apply** Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume and relevant work experience in the travel industry.
