**Job Title:** Senior Machine Learning Engineer **Location:** Hybrid/ Remote **Experience:** 4\-15 years About the Role We are hiring experienced Machine Learning Engineers to design, train, optimize, and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs) for enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate **should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer Architectures, Model Optimization, and Production AI Systems.** Key Responsibilities * Design and develop Small Language Models (SLMs) and domain\-specific AI models. * Train, fine\-tune, and optimize transformer\-based models. * Build datasets, training pipelines, and evaluation frameworks. * Implement model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, and compression. * Deploy and scale AI models in production environments. * Support RAG, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Search, and Recommendation systems. Preferred Experience * Training models from scratch. * SLM development for enterprise applications. * RLHF, DPO, ORPO, or alignment techniques. * RAG systems and Vector Databases. * Multimodal AI systems. * AI research publications, patents, or open\-source contributions.
