Warehouse Operations Executive – E-commerce

Overview Cherrycrumble is hiring a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and e-commerce operations for our fashion/apparel business. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory handling, and timely dispatches across key marketplaces - especially Myntra. Responsibilities - Manage daily warehouse and e-commerce operations to meet dispatch and SLA targets - Handle order processing, dispatch tracking, and shipment coordination - Manage return claims, refunds, replacements, and reverse logistics workflows - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues - Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure data consistency across systems - Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers using Excel - Follow up on pending claims and delivery discrepancies to closure - Manage marketplace operations efficiently for Myntra, Firstcry, Flipkart, and Amazon Requirements - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations - Myntra handling experience is mandatory - Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory (reports, tracking, reconciliations, MIS) - Knowledge of return claims and order management processes - Ability to manage multiple shipments, claims, and dispatch timelines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and process discipline Nice to have - Experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation - Familiarity with reverse logistics best practices for fashion/apparel What we offer - Role based in Okhla Phase II - Opportunity to own end-to-end warehouse-to-marketplace operations for an e-commerce brand - Collaborative environment with cross-functional coordination across warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
