Junior Recruiter (Work From Home)

CareerUplift, by KRAS AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, is hiring a Junior Recruiter to help source, screen and coordinate candidates for client hiring requirements. Role: Junior Recruiter Experience: 0-2 years; fresh graduates are welcome Employment: Full-time Work arrangement: Work from home (India) What you will do - Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities and college/alumni networks. - Conduct initial phone screening to confirm relevant experience, role fit, interest, location, salary expectations and joining availability. - Prepare focused shortlists with clear screening notes and keep candidate records updated in our ATS. - Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring teams, and track candidates through selection and joining. - Build reusable candidate pools and share regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline progress and hiring outcomes. What we are looking for - Fresh graduates and early-career candidates with 0-2 years of recruitment experience are welcome. Relevant internships, college projects or campus recruitment experience are useful. - Interest in candidate sourcing, calling, screening and interview coordination; prior hands-on experience is an advantage. - Clear communication, consistent follow-up and accurate record keeping. - Comfort using an ATS, Excel or Google Sheets to manage a hiring pipeline. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements. - Availability for full-time work during Indian business hours, with access to a laptop/desktop, reliable internet and a suitable space for candidate calls.
