**Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Education, R\&D \& Innovation Projects)** **Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Java Full Stack Developer** to work on **Education\-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD level)** along with **R\&D initiatives and real\-time application development**. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing scalable web applications, supporting academic and research\-driven projects, conducting technical training sessions, delivering presentations, and participating in Technology Expos and innovation showcases. This role offers exposure to end\-to\-end development, real\-time applications, mentoring, and modern enterprise solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **full\-stack web applications** using Java technologies. * Work on **academic projects (B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD level)** and assist in development and mentoring. * Contribute to **R\&D and innovation projects** for technology expos and product demonstrations. * Develop **real\-time enterprise\-level applications**. * Build robust backend services using **Java and Spring Boot**. * Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies. * Create and consume **RESTful APIs** and integrate third\-party services. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. * Collaborate with developers, researchers, students, and stakeholders. * Stay updated with emerging trends in the Java ecosystem and full\-stack development. * Conduct technical presentations, project demonstrations, and knowledge\-sharing sessions for students, clients, and internal teams. * Act as a trainer and mentor by delivering technical training programs, workshops, and hands\-on sessions related to Java Full Stack Development and emerging technologies. * Guide students and junior developers in project implementation, coding standards, and best practices. * Represent the organization during **technical events, seminars, innovation expos, and project reviews.** Required Skills \& ExpertiseBackend Development (Java) **Strong proficiency in:** * Java (Core \& Advanced Java) * Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security * RESTful APIs and Microservices * Hibernate / JPA Frontend Development **Experience with:** * HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript * Angular / React.js / Vue.js * Responsive design and UI/UX principles Database Management **Hands\-on experience with:** * MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle **Knowledge of:** * Database design, queries, and performance tuning Full Stack \& Integration * End\-to\-end application development * API Integration * Authentication (JWT, OAuth) Development \& Deployment **Experience with:** * Git, GitHub (Version Control) **Knowledge of:** * AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms * CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices **Soft Skills** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Excellent presentation and public speaking skills * Ability to conduct technical training sessions and workshops * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and within teams * Passion for innovation, research, and continuous learning **Educational Qualifications** **B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD** in: * Computer Science * Information Technology * Or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in academic or R\&D\-based projects * Exposure to real\-time enterprise application development * Participation in hackathons, innovation programs, or technology expos * Experience in technical training, mentoring, or conducting workshops * Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud\-native applications **How to Apply** Interested candidates can send their resumes to: careers@ymtsindia.in 9390949210 **Work Location:** In Person Pay: From ₹180,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
