You will engage in analyzing client, market, and performance data to support informed decision\-making. Your role includes applying analytical techniques and tools to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic business outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable intelligence. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to perform independently and become an SME. * Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. * Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives. * Continuously update knowledge on emerging analytical methodologies and tools to enhance project outcomes. * Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on analytical approaches. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. * Strong skills in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development within cloud\-based environments. * Experience in building and optimizing scalable data models and workflows. * Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and validation. * Familiarity with scripting languages and automation to streamline data processing tasks.
