**Brand Onboarding Manager – Franchise Expansion** **AntWork Consultants LLP \| Delhi \| Full\-Time** We're expanding and looking for a **Brand Onboarding Manager** to identify, engage, and onboard brands that are ready to scale through franchising. If you have a strong business development mindset, excellent relationship\-building skills, and can convince founders and business owners to partner with us for franchise expansion, we want you on board. **What you'll do:** * Identify and connect with business owners, founders, and brands with franchise expansion potential * Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, outreach, events, and strategic partnerships * Conduct discovery meetings and assess brand readiness for franchising * Present AntWork's franchise development and expansion solutions to prospective brands * Manage the complete onboarding process from initial discussion to signed consulting agreements * Coordinate with internal consulting, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover * Build long\-term relationships with brand owners and become a trusted growth advisor **Who you are:** * 1–6\+ years in B2B sales, business development, franchise consulting, or corporate partnerships * Proven track record of acquiring clients, partnerships, or business accounts * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs, and business decision\-makers * Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently * Prior experience in franchising, consulting, retail, F\&B, education, healthcare, beauty \& wellness, or service industries is preferred **Compensation:** Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (No limit for the right fit) **Why Join Us:** Join us if you're passionate about helping businesses scale and creating growth opportunities for emerging brands.
