Finance & PPP Consultant

**Overview** We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in **financial modelling and Public\-Private Partnership (PPP) structuring** , particularly across **urban and infrastructure projects** . The role involves supporting government and public sector clients in developing viable project structures and financial strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage **financial models** for infrastructure and urban sector projects * Assess and recommend **appropriate PPP models and structuring options** * Support **project structuring, feasibility analysis, and financial viability assessments** * Work with **Central Government, State Government, ULBs, and PSUs** on PPP initiatives * Prepare **detailed project reports, financial analyses, and investment frameworks** * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure **bankability and sustainability of projects** * Assist in **bid advisory and transaction support activities** * Ensure alignment with **regulatory and policy frameworks** **Required Qualifications** * MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Master’s in Infrastructure Engineering \& Management / Construction Management or equivalent **Experience \& Expertise** * Strong experience in **financial modelling and PPP project structuring** * Hands\-on involvement in **PPP projects within urban/infrastructure sectors** * Experience in preparing **financial models and structuring at least two PPP projects** * Understanding of **government frameworks, PPP policies, and project financing mechanisms** **Key Skills** * Advanced **financial modelling and analysis** * Strong understanding of **PPP frameworks and structuring approaches** * Knowledge of **infrastructure financing and project viability assessment** * Stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to manage **complex, multi\-stakeholder projects** **Preferred Profile** * Experience working with **Government agencies, ULBs, PSUs, or consulting firms** * Exposure to **urban development and infrastructure projects** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities Interested candidates can share their resume at abha.a.sharma@pwc.com.
