Research, gather and synthesize information. **Must have skills :** Payments Fundamentals, Business Requirements Analysis **Good to have skills :** NA Minimum **5** year(s) of experience is required **Educational Qualification :** 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Analyst, Responsible for defining, analyzing, and translating business and payments requirements into functional specifications for IPF\-based payment solutions across real\-time and batch payment systems Roles \& Responsibilities: * Elicit and document business \& functional requirements * Define end\-to\-end payment flows (initiation to settlement) * Perform impact analysis for ISO 20022 and scheme changes * Support data mapping from legacy payment engines to IPF * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and testers * Support UAT, defect triage, and go\-live activities Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals, Business Requirements Analysis. * Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. * 6–10 years in Banking/Payments BA roles * Strong payments domain knowledge (FPS, SEPA, RTGS, SWIFT) * ISO 20022 \& MT/MX message understanding * Agile / Scrum delivery experience. * Prior ICON IPF exposure * Faster Payments or SEPA Instant experience * Regulatory knowledge (PSD2, compliance, sanctions) Additional Information: * The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. * This position is based at our Pune office. * A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
