Graphic Designer

Overview You’ll create engaging visuals for an Edutech audience—turning learning stories into clear, compelling graphics across digital and offline formats. You’ll collaborate with the team to develop concepts, iterate quickly, and maintain consistent quality in every deliverable. Responsibilities - Develop visual concepts and layouts for educational content (e.g., course pages, learning modules, worksheets, infographics, social posts) - Use storytelling and design thinking to translate ideas into clear visual narratives - Create and refine assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Produce short animations and motion graphics using After Effects (where needed) - Maintain brand consistency across all designs (typography, color, spacing, and style) - Collaborate with writers, product, and marketing to incorporate feedback and improve iterations - Ensure designs are optimized for the intended format (web, print, presentations, and video) - Organize design files and assets for smooth handoffs to other teams Requirements - 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role - Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, visual design, and thoughtful layout/typography - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects for basic animations/motion graphics - Understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, hierarchy, and accessibility-aware visuals) - Ability to take feedback well and iterate on designs efficiently - Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with a team Nice to have - Experience designing for education or learning products (e.g., infographics, explainer visuals, e-learning assets) - Familiarity with basic video editing workflows and export settings - Exposure to UI/UX basics for educational pages or learning screens What we offer - Opportunity to shape learning experiences with visuals that make concepts easier to understand - Onsite collaboration with a product- and content-focused team - A supportive environment for growing your design craft and storytelling ability - Clear feedback loops to help you improve quickly
