**Job Title: EOHS Consultant** **Location:** Bangalore / Pune / Chennai **Experience:** **2-4 Years** **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive **EOHS Consultant** to support clients in implementing and maintaining effective **Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EOHS)** programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, identifying risks, and promoting a safe and sustainable workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct **EOHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments** at client sites - Develop and implement **health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures** - Provide guidance on **hazard identification and risk mitigation strategies** - Prepare **EHS documentation**, reports, and compliance records - Deliver **training sessions** on safety awareness, emergency response, and environmental practices - Investigate **incidents, accidents, and near-misses**, and recommend corrective actions - Support implementation of **ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and sustainability initiatives** - Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting - Preparation and Review of Documents related to legal compliance requirements. - Documentation of Procedures, Work Instructions and Developing Formats. - Implementation of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. **Required Qualifications:** - Graduate in Environmental Engineering/ Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/M.Sc. in Environmental Science or related field. - Qualification related Safely related training is added advantage - Strong knowledge of **EHS regulations and compliance standards** - Experience in **risk assessment, audits, and safety management systems** **Required Skills:** - Very through in EMS and OH&S activities with hands on experience related to EOHS Documentation as per requirements of International Standards ISO14001 and ISO45001. - Knowledge on Statutory and Regulatory Requirements. - Knowledge on Environmental Sustainability Requirements, i.e. ESG Documentation and Compliances. - Trained in EMS and OH&S Standard and Experience in Auditing. - Good exposure to MS office and Computer Applications. - Good Communication and training Skills. - Willing to travel across India for project.
