Data Analyst

**Role & Responsibilities** - Analyze, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. • Extract insights and trends from data to support business decision-making. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Automate reporting and data processing workflows using Python and Excel macros. • Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain data quality standards. • Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and analytical summaries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Support data-driven initiatives through ad-hoc analysis and performance reporting. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst. • **Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX, Macros).** **• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.** **• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.** **• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).** • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with ERP systems, HRMS, or institutional data will be an added advantage. **• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.** **This position is based in Lucknow.
