Principal AI Engineer

**Key Skills:** Gen AI, Enterprise AI architect, AI/ML, Python, Azure **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Architect and design enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging GenAI and AI/ML technologies. - Lead end-to-end AI solution development across data, model, platform, and deployment lifecycles. - Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and implementation strategies. - Build and optimize AI/ML and GenAI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks. - Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. - Define best practices for AI architecture, governance, scalability, and operational reliability. - Guide teams on AI platform design, model integration, and enterprise AI adoption. - Support AI solution deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement. - Contribute to enterprise AI strategy, innovation, and technical roadmap initiatives. - Work with Azure cloud services and AI ecosystem tools where applicable. **Skills Required:** - Strong hands-on expertise in Python, GenAI, and AI/ML technologies. - Experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI platforms and solutions. - Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and scalable AI system design. - Experience collaborating across engineering, analytics, and business teams. - Familiarity with Azure cloud and AI services is an added advantage. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
