About This Role

**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Key Responsibilities:**  Make outbound calls to clients using provided leads to schedule training sessions for the Petrosoft software.  Coordinate with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots.  Schedule a minimum of 45 training sessions per day.  Track and follow up to ensure trainers complete at least 50 trainings per month.  Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings.  Communicate effectively in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional clients.  Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last\-minute changes promptly and professionally.  Report daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager.  Assist in resolving minor queries related to training coordination. Requirements:  Proven experience in support coordination, customer service, or telecalling.  Fluency in at least two South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam); proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.  Good communication skills.  Strong organizational and time management abilities.  Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.  Positive attitude, team player, and customer\-centric approach **How to Apply** Interested candidates are encouraged to send their resumes to venkataashok.hr@ytmsindia.org or contact at 8688400273\.
