Job Description – Production Analyst About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Mechanical Engineering professional to join our team as a Production Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with **1 to 3 years of experience** who are looking to build and grow their careers in production operations, manufacturing analysis, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach to problem\-solving, and good working knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel to support production reporting and operational analysis. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze daily production activities and operational performance. * Prepare, maintain, and update production reports using Google Sheets or MS Excel. * Support the production team by providing data\-driven insights and operational reports. * Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to resolve production\-related issues effectively. * Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. * Maintain accurate production records and documentation. * Track production KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **1–3 years of experience** in production, manufacturing, operations, or a related field. * Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel, including data entry, formulas, reporting, and basic data analysis. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new production systems and processes. * **Must possess a personal laptop for day\-to\-day operational and reporting activities.** Preferred Skills * Basic understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operations management. * Familiarity with production reporting, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies. * Exposure to ERP systems or production management software will be an added advantage.
