Overview
You will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across key marketplaces, with a mandatory focus on Myntra. This role involves maintaining product listings, managing inventory and pricing, handling customer orders/returns, and supporting promotions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates on e-commerce platforms
- Handle online marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Support promotional campaigns and marketplace activities
- Ensure product data accuracy (titles, attributes, images, pricing, stock availability) and resolve listing-related issues
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce handling
- Myntra marketplace experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace tasks and follow up to closure
Nice to have
- Experience with catalog optimization (attributes/variants) to improve discoverability and conversion
- Familiarity with order management processes and marketplace operational tools

- Salary range: INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 per month
