**Educational Requirements** MTech, Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Quality **Responsibilities** - Support Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries regarding GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini Enterprise, Devin, GitHub Copilot). Diagnose and resolve issues related to IDE configuration, plugin connectivity, and enterprise authentication. - User Onboarding Enablement: Assist in onboarding project teams to the GenAI ecosystem. Provide hands-on demonstrations and walkthroughs to help developers integrate these tools into their local development environments. - Best Practice Guidance: Guide users on the effective use of 'Prompt Engineering' within their IDEs to ensure high-quality code generation that aligns with Infosys coding and security standards. - Documentation Knowledge Management: Document frequently asked questions (FAQs), create 'How-To' guides, and maintain a technical knowledge base to help users self-serve common issues. - Solution Validation: Assist senior consultants in testing new features or updates within GenAI tools to ensure they are fit for purpose before being rolled out to larger teams. - Feedback Integration: Proactively collect user feedback on tool performance, latency, or feature gaps. Collate this data to provide inputs for the solution roadmap and vendor discussions. - Deployment Assistance: Support the rollout of tool licenses and updates, ensuring all environment dependencies are met and that developers have the necessary access permissions. - Case Study Contribution: Help in identifying successful use cases where GenAI tools significantly improved productivity and assist in documenting these as internal case studies or PoVs. **Required Skills** Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience or a strong technical understanding of GenAI-powered IDEs and agents **Preferred Skills** Technology->Machine Learning->Generative AI Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
