Data Analyst

**Key Responsibilities** * Perform web scraping using Python tools like BeautifulSoup, Requests, Selenium, or Scrapy. * Build automated scripts to extract data from websites, directories, and APIs. * Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Store and manage scraped data using CSV, Excel, SQL, or cloud databases. * Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. * Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions. * Collaborate with the Sales team to generate and qualify business leads. * Maintain documentation for data sources, scripts, and processes. * Stay updated with web scraping standards, anti\-bot handling, and ethical guidelines. **Required Skills** * Strong knowledge of Python programming. * Hands\-on experience with web scraping tools * Experience with pandas and NumPy for data cleaning and analysis. * Understanding of HTML structure, XPaths, and CSS selectors. * Familiarity with SQL for data querying (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. * Problem\-solving and logical thinking skills. * Ability to handle large datasets. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * Experience with APIs and JSON data handling. * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). * Understanding of automation and scheduling tools (Cron jobs, Python schedulers). * Basic understanding of machine learning concepts. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. * Completed courses or projects in Python and data analytics. * Web scraping project experience (personal or academic) is a strong plus. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on real\-world data challenges. * Exposure to sales data and business growth strategies. * Friendly and collaborative team environment. * Career growth in data engineering, analytics, or automation.
