LinkedIn Lead Generator Intern (US Accounting Outsourcing)

Overview Safebooks Global is looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generator Intern to support our US-focused business development activities for accounting and bookkeeping services. This is a practical internship for students or freshers who want to learn LinkedIn B2B lead generation, professional outreach, and lead tracking. Responsibilities - Research USA-based CPA firms, accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, tax firms, and finance professionals on LinkedIn - Identify decision-makers such as CPA firm owners, partners, founders, tax managers, bookkeeping firm owners, and finance leaders - Send LinkedIn connection requests using company-approved templates - Follow up with accepted connections in a professional and polite manner - Track outreach activity, accepted connections, replies, interested prospects, and follow-up status - Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools - Engage professionally with relevant LinkedIn posts from accounting and finance professionals - Identify interested prospects and escalate them to the senior sales team - Follow all company communication guidelines and outreach scripts Requirements - Good understanding of written English - Ability to write simple, clear, and professional English messages - Comfortable using LinkedIn - Basic internet research skills - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools - Willingness to learn B2B lead generation and digital marketing - Ability to follow instructions, scripts, and reporting formats - Professional online behavior - Consistency in completing daily assigned tasks - Since this role involves LinkedIn outreach, you should have or be willing to create a professional LinkedIn profile (photo, updated education, clear headline, basic About, and appropriate content) Nice to have - Prior exposure to digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, sales, or lead generation - Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing - Familiarity with CRM tools - Interest in international business communication - Commerce or accounting background - Ability to understand business services such as bookkeeping, tax preparation, accounting, or outsourcing What we offer - Training on Safebooks Global services, USA CPA and accounting firm market, and LinkedIn prospect research - Training on LinkedIn profile optimization, connection request strategy, follow-up messaging, and lead qualification - Guidance on CRM or Google Sheet tracking, professional English communication, and escalation process for interested prospects - Internship duration of 30 days initially, extendable based on performance - A fixed stipend plus performance-based incentives (final stipend depends on candidate profile, time commitment, English communication ability, and interview performance) Additional details - Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office) - Shift timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST - Employment type: Full-Time - Department: Sales & Marketing - Position type: Internship / Trainee, multiple openings - Experience: Fresher, recent graduate, or final year graduate (0 to 1 year)
