The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP MDG development along with leadership capabilities to manage technical deliverables, stakeholders, and team coordination. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead SAP MDG technical design, development, and implementation activities across project phases. * Architect and develop custom SAP MDG solutions including **Data Models, Workflow, BRF\+, UI, and Enhancements**. * Manage technical team members and provide guidance on development best practices. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements. * Oversee integrations between **SAP MDG, ECC/S4HANA, and external systems**. * Drive code reviews, quality assurance, technical documentation, and deployment activities. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions. * Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining development standards. ### **Required Skills:** * Extensive experience in **SAP MDG Technical/Development**. * Strong expertise in **ABAP, OOABAP, Web Dynpro, FPM, Workflow, BRF\+, DRF, BAdIs**. * Hands\-on experience in **SAP MDG Data Modeling and Custom Enhancements**. * Experience in **SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and data replication frameworks**. * Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical workstreams. * **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** with strong stakeholder management ability. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
