AI/ML Engineer

***we are hiring AI/ML Engineer !!!*** As a seasoned **AI/ML Engineer**, you will join our team in **Kolkata** and play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of advanced data and AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real\-world business problems. * Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, and LLM\-based applications. * Fine\-tune and evaluate transformer models using frameworks such as Hugging Face and OpenAI APIs. * Develop scalable data pipelines and model\-serving architectures. * Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference. * Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions. * Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency for production environments. * Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies. * Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. * 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering. **Requirement :** * min 3\-4 yrs of exp in AI/ML Engineer * Strong proficiency in Python. * Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit\-learn. * Hands\-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector databases. * Experience with NLP techniques and transformer architectures. * Knowledge of APIs and model integration using FastAPI/Flask. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools. * Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
