Lead – Growth Analytics

Overview You’ll own the growth analytics strategy for Piramal Finance’s secured lending book. This role goes beyond dashboards—you’ll translate business questions into predictive models and measurement frameworks, run experimentation, and drive measurable improvements across the acquisition-to-outcomes funnel. Responsibilities - Build and maintain ML/predictive models for acquisition, retention, and/or customer targeting; ensure production-ready quality and usefulness for business decisions - Own KPI instrumentation and funnel/campaign measurement end-to-end (data requirements, metrics definitions, reporting, and action) - Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks; ensure experiments are statistically sound and tied to business outcomes - Establish model monitoring and performance tracking (e.g., data drift, model decay, and portfolio outcomes) with clear escalation paths - Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, and senior stakeholders to translate problems into modeling hypotheses and recommendations into execution - Lead a team of 3–4 data scientists/analysts: set priorities, review work, mentor, and drive delivery Requirements - Experience building ML/predictive models related to acquisition/retention/customer targeting (or closely related growth analytics use cases) - Strong ownership of funnel, portfolio, and/or campaign performance analytics end-to-end - Hands-on experience running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks that improved business KPIs - Proven experience leading or mentoring a small analytics/data science team (3+ people preferred) - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (marketing, engineering/tech teams, and senior business stakeholders) - Strong analytical thinking, experimental design fundamentals, and a data-driven approach to decision-making What we offer - Ownership of meaningful growth levers across the secured lending book - A role that blends modeling, experimentation, and direct stakeholder partnership to drive measurable impact - Leadership opportunity to build and scale a team of data scientists/analysts
