About This Role

Overview You’ll support our B2B sales and marketing efforts by assisting with lead outreach, campaign execution, and research. This internship is a great fit if you enjoy building relationships, learning quickly, and turning insights into action. Responsibilities - Assist in researching target accounts and building lead lists for B2B outreach - Support leadership outreach by drafting and personalizing email/LinkedIn messages - Help run marketing activities such as small campaigns, follow-ups, and messaging updates - Track outreach outcomes (responses, meetings set, and feedback) in a shared sheet/CRM - Support preparation of sales/marketing materials (case study inputs, pitch notes, one-pagers) - Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to refine messaging based on performance - Maintain organized documentation of learnings and prospect notes Requirements - Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline) - Strong written communication skills; ability to tailor outreach to different audiences - Basic understanding of B2B sales/marketing concepts (or strong willingness to learn) - Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools to track work - Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently while working remotely - Reliable internet connection and availability for regular check-ins Nice to have - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools - Experience with cold outreach and follow-up processes - Understanding of CRM concepts (e.g., lead stages, activity tracking) What we offer - Hands-on experience supporting real B2B pipeline-building activities - Mentorship and feedback on outreach, messaging, and campaign execution - Exposure to sales and marketing workflows from lead research to follow-ups - Opportunity to contribute ideas and see results from your work - Remote-first internship with a collaborative team culture
