9 \- 12 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum ### **Role description** Full Stack Tech Lead \- Node.js / Angular / React Native Experience Required: 7\+ years (with 2\+ years in a technical leadership role) Primary Skills: Node.js, Angular, React Native Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Node.js backend development, Angular web applications, and React Native mobile solutions. The role combines deep hands\-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team mentoring. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of full stack web and mobile applications Provide technical direction and hands\-on leadership for Node.js, Angular, and React Native stacks Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js Oversee front\-end development for Angular (web) and React Native (mobile) applications Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across teams Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Drive performance optimization, security best practices, and application scalability Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments Mentor developers and foster a high\-performing engineering team Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations Technical Skills Back\-End Strong hands\-on experience with Node.js Expertise in building REST APIs and microservices Experience with frameworks such as Express.js / NestJS Front\-End (Web) Strong experience with Angular (latest versions preferred) Proficient in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Mobile Hands\-on experience with React Native for cross\-platform mobile applications Database \& DevOps Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices Containerization using Docker; Kubernetes exposure is a plus Required Qualifications 7\+ years of full stack development experience Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Lead Developer role Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, and scalability patterns Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to balance hands\-on coding with team leadership responsibilities ### **Skills** nodejs,node.js,angular,rest apis,microservices,typescript, ### **About UST** UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
