Apply Jobs **Term of Reference for Cluster Coordinator** Position Name: Cluster Coordinator (Consultant) Reporting Line: Program Lead Positions: 10 Location: Patna, Gaya, Begusarai, Nalanda, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Saran, West Champaran, Bhojpur, Rohtas **Key Roles Responsibilities:** - Support the field team in identifying eligible enterprises for the adoption of solar PV systems. - Ensure timely installation and commissioning of solar systems for identified beneficiaries in coordination with vendors and field teams. - Support J-Wires in identifying, establishing, and strengthening block-level Solar Marts for improved service delivery and outreach. - Coordinate orientation and capacity-building sessions on solar operations and maintenance for entrepreneurs, community institutions, and beneficiaries. - Support the implementation and effective operationalization of digital tools, online forms, MIS platforms, and monitoring dashboards. - Ensure timely collection, verification, and reporting of field data related to solar installations and project progress. - Identify implementation challenges, operational gaps, and field-level issues, and support timely resolution through coordination with the State team. **Qualifications:** - Graduate degree / diploma in business management, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship development, social sciences or any other field. **Experience required:** - At least 5 years of experience in managing field programs in sales/marketing - Experience of working with women entrepreneurs/SHG women from rural geographies - Experience of working on solar installation projects/B2C (in rural areas) will be a plus **Skill and Competencies:** - Strong sense of professional commitment and maturity. - Attention to details and ability to multi-task. - Ability to work independently and handling a team - Excellent oral and written Hindi and English skills - Knowledge of other local dialects is a plus Note: - This TOR is in Intended to provide a general overview of the position and may not cover every aspect of the role.
