Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Associate to connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers across companies. You will generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for our sales team through outbound calling and structured follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers
- Introduce CareerUplift’s solutions and create interest
- Qualify prospects based on hiring needs and fit
- Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly outreach and meeting targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Good persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B calling or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Ability to build rapport with professionals over phone calls
- Demonstrated consistency in meeting outreach and lead-generation targets
