51103 AVP – Client Services

Overview We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic AVP – Client Services (Professional Services) to lead our growing client services team in Gurgaon, Haryana. In this role, you will own client outcomes, guide delivery execution, and help strengthen our client engagement and professional services capabilities. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Professional Services / Client Services team to deliver client engagements successfully - Drive end-to-end client delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and expected outcomes are met - Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a senior escalation point when needed - Own planning and governance for client engagements (delivery coordination, status tracking, and risk management) - Partner cross-functionally to align delivery with internal teams and improve service effectiveness - Identify gaps in delivery processes and implement improvements to enhance client experience - Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the team Requirements - Proven experience leading Professional Services / Client Services functions at a senior leadership level - Demonstrated ability to drive client outcomes and manage multiple engagements simultaneously - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing decision-makers - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present updates and drive alignment - Experience building and scaling teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management Nice to have - Experience in scaling professional services organizations and improving delivery processes What we offer - Opportunity to lead a growing team in a client-facing, high-impact role - A collaborative environment with cross-functional partners to support delivery success - Room to shape and improve our client services approach as the organization scales
