Job Description – AI/ML Developer (4\+ Years Experience) Position: **AI/ML Developer** Experience **4\+ Years** Location Chennai (Work from Office) Employment Type Full\-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced **AI/ML Developer** with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into **existing enterprise applications**. This is not a research\-only role—we need someone who has successfully integrated AI capabilities into production systems and understands how AI can solve real business problems. Candidates with experience in the **Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech** domain will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in **Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, and Software Engineering**, with hands\-on experience building AI\-powered features, workflow automation, intelligent decision\-making systems, and predictive models.
