Job Title: Data Analyst Reporting To: Project Manager / MIS Lead Location: Delhi Language Required: Hindi \& English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Employment Type: Full\-time / Contractual JOB SUMMARY The Data Analyst is responsible for data analysis, operational analytics, AI\-assisted reporting, trend analysis, dashboard monitoring, cess monitoring analytics, beneficiary data review, fraud/anomaly detection support, and generation of analytical insights for operational and management purposes. Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times. The role supports the Centralized Monitoring Unit (CMU) in driving data\-informed decision\-making for all KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks across Delhi. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. DATA ANALYSIS Perform in\-depth data analysis on beneficiary registrations, smart\-card issuance, renewal rates, and scheme enrolment Analyze operational data from all KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks in Delhi Identify key trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets 2\. OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS Provide operational analytics to support day\-to\-day decision\-making Analyze centre\-wise and chowk\-wise performance metrics against targets Generate insights to improve field\-level efficiency and worker outreach 3\. AI\-ASSISTED REPORTING Leverage AI\-assisted reporting tools for automated data processing Work with technical teams to implement machine learning models Ensure AI\-generated reports are accurate, validated, and actionable 4\. TREND ANALYSIS Conduct trend analysis on: oWorker registration patterns (seasonal, weekly, daily) oSmart\-card issuance and delivery timelines oWelfare scheme enrolment trends oRenewal rate fluctuations oPrepare trend reports with visualizations for management review 5\. DASHBOARD MONITORING Monitor real\-time operational dashboards for data accuracy Identify dashboard anomalies and coordinate with MIS team for resolution Suggest dashboard improvements based on analytical needs 6\. CESS MONITORING ANALYTICS Analyze cess collection and utilization data with DBOCWWB Track cess\-to\-welfare conversion ratios and identify discrepancies Generate monthly cess analytics reports for stakeholders 7\. BENEFICIARY DATA REVIEW Conduct regular reviews of beneficiary data for quality and completeness Perform deduplication, validation, and verification of worker records Flag incomplete or incorrect records for field team follow\-up 8\. FRAUD / ANOMALY DETECTION SUPPORT Assist in fraud and anomaly detection: oIdentify duplicate or fake beneficiary registrations oFlag unusual patterns in smart\-card issuance oDetect irregularities in centre\-wise performance data oSupport audit teams with data extracts and analytical evidence 9\. GENERATION OF ANALYTICAL INSIGHTS Generate actionable insights for operational and management purposes Prepare presentation\-ready reports, charts, and dashboards Present findings in both Hindi and English as required 10\. QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE Education: Bachelor's in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Computer Science / IT (Master's preferred) Experience: 2\-5 years in data analysis or business analytics Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query) \- Mandatory, SQL (queries, joins, subqueries) \- Mandatory, Power BI / Tableau – Mandatory Language: Fluent Hindi \& English (Bilingual reporting \- Mandatory) 11\.
