Business Analyst

**BA Role \- Trade Finance:** 6\-12 years of relevant Business Analyst experience **Key Responsibilities include:** · Serve as a liaison between Technology, Product leads, and Operations Stakeholders. · A keen eye for detail with the ability to influence stakeholders with a view to driving consensus. · Assist in requirements creation, scope definition and priorities. · Create Epics, stories and keep the documentation up\-to\-date · Drive creation of detailed functional specifications with AS\-IS process flows and target state processes. · Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements/functional specs to reviewing SIT and UAT test cases, and supporting all the testing phases. · Partner with the development teams to facilitate the build effort (e.g., ensuring build teams understanding of the specifications). · Manage changes to requirements per process · Develop use cases, and partner with the business to ensure sign\-off on all requirements, testing and implementation · Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and the development of appropriate documentation. **Skills Required:** · Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing options \& risks. · Trade Finance domain Experience is a plus · Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements · Ability to lead a team of BA’s to deliver functional solutions for business problems · Experience creating functional system requirements specifications · Proactively lead/participate in the design/solution architecting of the target state · Ability to interface directly with Senior Business Stakeholders and operational users. · Well\-versed with MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps, and SQL. · Should be detail\-oriented; strong analytical and communication skills are a must. · Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements. · Knowledge of the software development life cycle · Agile experience and Ability to leverage AI Tools · Understanding of programming languages like Java and Python will be an added advantage. **Education:** B.TECH, MBA, MCA, BE Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
