About This Role

Overview We are an Ahmedabad-based law firm established in 2019, led by a Managing Partner with over 12 years of standing at the Bar and extensive experience across the High Court of Gujarat, Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Central Administrative Tribunal, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. We provide both litigation and advisory services to public and private companies (listed and unlisted), statutory corporations, and individual clients. We’re now hiring an Associate – Litigation & Advisory in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities - Work on litigation matters including writ petitions and constitutional matters, service law matters, civil and commercial disputes, property/land-related disputes, tender and regulatory matters, and company/corporate matters - Conduct legal research and support case strategy through issue mapping, precedent research, and analysis of applicable law - Draft and refine pleadings and legal documents (including petitions, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notes) - Handle filing processes, maintain case files, and support court/tribunal appearances as assigned - Support client advisory work such as contract review, legal opinions, due diligence, and other client-facing assignments under supervision - Coordinate with the team to ensure timely execution of tasks, documentation, and case management Requirements - 1–2 years PQE in litigation (freshers with strong litigation exposure may also apply) - Strong legal research and drafting skills with an ability to produce clear, well-structured work - Familiarity with court procedures and filing processes - Proficiency in English and Gujarati (spoken and reading) - Dependable and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in litigation Nice to have - Exposure to High Court and/or Supreme Court drafting and filing processes - Experience with service law, writ petitions, tender/regulatory matters, or corporate advisory work - Comfort working directly with clients during advisory assignments
