Overview Hiring a Manager - Corporate Finance Advisory (FP & A) for an Advisory and Consulting firm Responsibilities - Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis engagements - Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance reporting for clients - Support M&A transactions, business valuations, due diligence, and project finance initiatives - Deliver strategic financial insights to clients and senior stakeholders - Manage client engagements end-to-end and ensure high-quality deliverables - Enhance financial processes and reporting using advanced analytical tools Requirements - Qualified CA - 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Advisory - Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel - Experience across budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting - Exposure to M&A, due diligence, business valuation, and/or project finance - Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders - Comfortable managing client deliverables and timelines independently Nice to have - Exposure to Power BI or other FP&A / BI tools - Prior experience working in an advisory or consulting environment within a BIG 4
