These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HTML Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in CRM campaign execution and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will combine advanced front\-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with deep understanding of CRM workflows, dynamic content, and personalized email experiences. You will lead the technical implementation of CRM campaigns, ensure code quality and deliverability, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and data teams to deliver best\-in\-class customer experiences. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and customer journey orchestration. • Understanding of marketing data flows and CRM database structures. • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations within CRM ecosystems **Roles and Responsibilities:** responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems.
