Fashion Merchandiser – High Fashion Apparel (party wear)

Overview We’re hiring a Fashion Merchandiser for high fashion party wear apparel. You’ll manage the complete merchandising cycle - driving product development through costing, sampling, sourcing, order execution, and on-time shipment - working closely with buyers, vendors, and production teams. Responsibilities - Manage the complete merchandising cycle, from product development to final shipment - Handle costing, sampling, sourcing, and order execution - Coordinate closely with buyers, vendors, and production teams to keep production aligned - Ensure quality standards, production timelines, and on-time deliveries - Track orders, proactively resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation Requirements - 5 to 8 years of experience in high fashion apparel merchandising - Buying house experience mandatory - Strong understanding of garment production processes, sourcing, and buyer management - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Nice to have - Experience merchandising party wear / occasion wear categories - Familiarity with vendor management and follow-ups across multiple styles What we offer - Location: Okhla Phase II - 2nd & 4th Saturday off - Budget: 35k to 50k
