Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will help drive data-driven decision-making, build interactive dashboards, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership across the APAC region. If you have 2+ years of data mining experience and love turning complex data into clear business stories, we want to hear from you. **What You Will Do:** • Data Analytics: Gather, clean, and synthesize data from multiple sources to build flexible data models and scripts. • Dashboards & Visualizations: Create and maintain rich, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos. • Business Insights: Proactively analyze data to find opportunities for improving business efficiency and project performance. • Stakeholder Reporting: Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to deliver clear reports and presentations. • Process Improvement: Support team efforts to simplify processes and execute special, ad-hoc data projects. **What We Are Looking For:** **• Experience:**2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst. (Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Financial Services is a big plus). • **Tech Stack:**Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Solid experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos). **• Skills:**Strong analytical, problem-solving, and database management abilities. **• Communication:**Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders. **• Education:**Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field.
