**Job Description** Associate / Sr. Associate (Consumer \& Retail Consulting) Location: India (Delhi / NCR preferred) Practice: Management Consulting Consumer \& Retail **Role Overview** We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to support consulting engagements by driving analysis, building insights, and contributing to client deliverables in the Consumer \& Retail space. **Key Responsibilities:** * Problem Solving \& Analysis * Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis * Build financial models, business cases, and data\-driven insights * Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical components Client Delivery * Develop high\-quality presentations and reports * Support development of recommendations and implementation plans • Work closely with Managers to deliver on client expectations Execution Support * Track project milestones and manage workstreams * Coordinate with client teams for data and inputs **Preferred Experience** 2\.5 years of experience in: Consulting OR Consumer / Retail industry roles (strategy, category, analytics) **Exposure to** : * Market research * Business analysis * Data handling Core Skills * Strong analytical thinking * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to synthesize data into insights * Attention to detail * Effective communication **Education** * Graduate / MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute **What Success Looks Like** * Produces high\-quality analysis with minimal supervision * Anticipates next steps in problem solving * Delivers clear, structured outputs * Builds strong foundational consulting skills Note: This is a third party job (Aggregated by careeruplift.ai).
